Congestion assessment in a clear format
On August 17, Hyundai Motor India and Radio Mirchi announced the Traffic Quality Index. The initiative will be launched in Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune and Kolkata. It aims to transform complex traffic information into a simple color-coded rating.
The system combines live traffic data, traffic authority announcements and location information via the Radio Mirchi network. The radio format allows you to listen to the prompts without having to interact with your mobile device.
Route planning additions
Such an index can help you choose a departure time or take into account a problem area in advance. At the same time, it is generalized information about traffic, and not a guarantee of an exact arrival time. The situation changes faster than any overview can describe it.
A useful principle for daily commutes
Before leaving, it is worth checking the route and setting aside a reserve of time, especially in an unfamiliar city. While driving, use voice prompts and safe controls. The Indian launch does not mean that TQI is available in Ukraine or in all Hyundai sales countries: it is a local service with a specific list of cities.
