What is known about Bergsport?

On September 1, Porsche presented the 911 GT3 Bergsport. The series of 100 cars was created by Exclusive Manufaktur for Austria, France, Italy and Switzerland. The basis was the GT3 with the Touring package.

The package includes a six-speed manual transmission and the Lightweight Package. At the same time, instead of the magnesium wheels that are usually included in this package, aluminum ones are used. The special Valleygreenmetallic color was developed through the Paint to Sample Plus program.

Focus on control and details

The Alpine theme is reflected in the body and interior colors, special emblems and decorative elements. In the technical approach, low mass and a direct connection between the driver and the car are important. The world presentation was announced at the Arosa ClassicCar on September 4; the release itself is not a report on its holding.

What does a limited market mean?

The announcement for four countries does not guarantee free ordering in any country. A potential buyer needs confirmation of quota, factory specifications and documents. For a used copy, check the originality of the color and equipment, not just the nameplates. The rarity of the series may affect demand, but does not guarantee future value.
